We're pleasantly surprised to find a recent article, published on 5th Oct 2022, in the Phillip Island & San Remo Advertiser. This is a local newspaper which cited the local council's support for our waterfront development, Nautica, on 125 Marine Parade in San Remo.  It was such a compliment to learn that we will be contributing in a positive way towards the ever changing lifestyle in regional Victoria and that we are anticipating the needs for the growing Work-From-Home population. The council also praised Nautica for not just meeting minimum design criteria but exceeding expectations with our provision of enough car spaces without having to put in car stackers like in many other developments.

With the warmer months arriving soon, the number of sales enquiries are expected to increase with our sales agents already busy on the ground taking inquiries. KPC expects the construction of Nautica to commence in Q1 2023 and with approximate completion time in Q3 2024.
