Bringing over four decades of construction expertise, John has an extensive track record in notable projects. His achievements include the redevelopment of Novotel Hotel Canberra, remodeling the Edward Barton Building for the Federal Police headquarters, and spearheading the construction of various multi-unit apartment developments and sports facilities. 


With a portfolio extending from Williamstown to Patterson Lakes, John has been a key figure in the refurbishment of significant landmarks, such as the Bluestone Deaf Institute Building in St Kilda. 


Notably, his career began in 1977 as the Operations Manager for Commodore Hotels, overseeing the development and renovations of their hotels. 


John's cumulative oversight exceeds $1 billion in real estate developments, showcasing his impactful contributions to the construction industry, including his work on the following projects:

Treasha Lim – Director

Treasha Lim is the Founder of Klear Picture and its divisions Klear Picture Capital & Klear Wealth. Acting in property advisory, development management, wealth advisory and funds management for over 20 years, Treasha is renowned in the investment industry. Klear Picture Capital nears a construction portfolio of $70 million. With her background in a Bachelor of Business Property & Investment Management from RMIT University, Australia and an array of accreditations in Estate Agent’s Licence, Australian Credit Licence and Financial Services, Treasha’s expertise is in conducting feasibility studies, development due diligence, site analysis, and property development.  

Jolene Teo – Property Market Analyst

Jolene Teo is the Property Market Analyst at Klear Picture Capital and carries out market research to continually provide the best investment paths for investors and supports Klear Picture Capital in the development due diligence process. Jolene has 21 years of experience as a Registered Valuer and a Licenced Estate Agent internationally, reputable for her knowledge and expertise in property advisory, valuations, development consultancy and project marketing. Before joining Klear Picture Capital to form a powerful duo with Treasha, Jolene worked with Allworth Real Estate, the Henry Butcher Group, and Knight Frank Malaysia. Through the span of her career, Jolene has built a strong background in supporting wholesale investors and developers to build their property portfolios, across Australasia and the Middle East. 

Kerri Kronberg - Lending & Trades Billings

Kerri Kronberg is the Lending Specialist at Klear Picture. She supports our investors through the process of accessing funding options to invest in Klear Picture Developments. As a specialist within Klear Picture, Kerri additionally oversees our Development Lending requirements ensuring excellence. Managing billings and day to day trades and development consultants’ liaisons, Kerri upholds and maintains the smooth running of operations. Kerri is a member of the Mortgage and Finance Association of Australia (MFAA).

Sandra Robinson

Property Law


With over three decades in Property Law, Sandra Robinson spent her early years at Minter Ellison Lawyers finally left the world of conventional legal practice to spend 8 years experiencing the pièce de resistance of for any Property Lawyer’s career. Sandra formed part of the Property and Asset management team of the Anglican Diocese of Melbourne over a billion dollars in real estate assets under management. Sandra brings to us experience real estate acquisitions and sales. Sandra will be in charge of preparing and negotiating commercial and residential property sales and acquisitions, property due diligence, retail and commercial leasing for landlords, tenants and corporations.

Dominique Choy - Director of Acquisitions and Fund Management

Dominique Choy is the Director of Acquisitions and Fund Management at Klear Picture Capital. Bringing decades of experience in investment, Dominique works closely with Jolene & Treasha to identify and evaluate development sites to provide recommendations on project feasibility. As an accomplished businessperson in real estate and F&B before retiring, Dominique continues to sit on the boards of charitable organisations which she is passionate about. Her added abilities in analysing potential investments to drive optimal returns for unitholder and risk management are unparalleled. Her altruistic background makes Dominique a key stakeholder who is instrumental in sharing Klear Picture Capital proceeds with various charitable organisation throughout Australasia.

Adrian Harris – Financial Controller, CPA

Adrian Harris is the financial controller at Klear Picture Capital. He is CPA qualified with vast experience expanding over business advisory, accounting, and taxation. With over two decades of advising businesses and investors, Adrian manages the finances and commercial functions of Klear Picture. He facilitates support for our construction tendering team, and he focuses on working with key stakeholders to finalise development cost estimations and feasibility.

Ines Brcic – Legal Counsel

Ines Brcic supports Klear Picture Capital with her specialist practice in Corporate Law. Excelling in Business Law, Civil Litigation, Commercial Law, Commercial Litigation, Ines provides legal counsel, working together with the Klear Picture Capital team to manage risks and ensure compliance. She oversees all corporate legal matters at each development milestone.
