High density developments are more exposed to market conditions and are highly impacted by changes in housing demands.
Low-density developments, on the other hand, allow us to remain within the envelope of the local government planning scheme, mitigates risks of oversupply or market saturation, and ensures pricing stability of our builds.
Hence, our investors optimise their returns in the shortest possible time.
A deep understanding of market trends and customer preferences ensures KPC developments meet the evolving needs of the market.
The key to our success is our size and operational efficiency that allows us to pivot and adapt to unpredictable market changes or volatility.
Since 2019, KPC has a development portfolio of over AUD$280m and counting. KPC partners consistently receive above benchmark returns, on time.
